The Bertoli Leonardo Series – HA52 Homogenizers are designed with a hygienic construction that complies with MOCA standards, ensuring safety and reliability in demanding applications. Featuring a self-alignment plunger system, they offer enhanced operational efficiency and durability. The poppet valves are optimized for processing viscous and abrasive products, while the pulsation-damper-free design simplifies maintenance. A naked version is available for easy access to the liquid end, and the easy-open panels further enhance maintenance convenience. For quieter operation, a closed cabinet option with soundproofing is also available, catering to diverse operational requirements.
