AK SYSTEM Emulsion – Hydrogrind Processor
The basis of the AK technology is a self-developed homogenizing unit (“Hydro Grind® Processing”), which enables the problem-free introduction of solids into liquids and homogenization in a fine droplet structure. The ALL IN ONE procedure enables a highly flexible use. A large number of process steps are integrated into one system, and the finest emulsions are produced and homogenized. Shear-sensitive goods are incorporated into highly viscous emulsions.

Design & Features
- The crushing of the solid parts into the finest particles results in considerable quality improvements in further processing.
- Due to the good energy transfer, the temperature in the product can be regulated very well so that sensitive products can also be processed.
- Emulsions can also be produced after grinding. Different process steps can be conveniently combined and mixed in a batch.
- Energy saving also plays a major role in solids grinding.
- Simple cleaning and drying of the system results in additional advantages when using it.
