MBS Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger Hercules

The Hercules’ project started several years ago in co-operation with the University of Parma. Several tests, ran on different products, have brought to the correct heat exchange coefficients and the power absorption, which allow MBS to develop a tailor-made calculation program to obtain the Max. efficiency from the heat exchangers.

• Blades: PPS, PEEK (Metal detectable lades are available)
• Mechanical seals: Materials are selected for each application
• Gaskets:EPDM, VITON, PTFE (Service: PTFE, NBR, EPDM, VITON)
• Power: 5,5 kW

• DIN 11851 DN 65 F, CLAMP 2″ 1/2 ASME BPE (Service: EN 1092-1 DN 50 PN 16) (can be flushed)
