INOXPA BMI Vertical Agitator

The BMI series comprises a range of vertical agitators with direct drive.

Used for strong agitation at high speeds in mixing, dissolution, dispersion, and maintenance processes in the food processing, cosmetics, and chemical industries.

Suitable for tanks up to 10,000 liters with low viscosity products.

Design & Features

• Vertical agitator with retainer sealing and bearing support.
• Propeller secured to the shaft, and shaft secured to the half shaft head using allen studs; one-piece shaft used for sawtooth propeller.
• Motor: IEC B5, 4 poles, IP55, F-class insulation, Max. power 5.5 kW.
• Marine propeller (type 10).

Materials

• Parts in contact with the product: AISI 316L
• Retainer ring: NBR
• Bearing support: Aluminium
• Base plate: AISI 316L

Option

• Various sealing options.
• FPM retainer ring.
• Propeller with Ra ≤ 0.5 μm surface finish welded to the shaft.
