FBR-ELPO Big Bag Aseptic Filler

The series of “BIG BAG” aseptic fillers, highly flexible and fully automatic, has been designed to meet the needs of customers using bags from 200 l to 1,000 l. Designed to fill small and large bags, from 200 to 1000 litres, with the help of specific accessories BIG BAG can also deal with the filling of smaller bags, with 5-10-20 litres capacity. Operational practicality and economy are further enhanced by the FBR-ELPO sterilisation systems, such as the “CONCENTRIC-THERM” with concentric tubes, with plates, the “THERMOROTATING” with scraped surface or the “FLASH COOLER” ideal for large scale production.

Fruit and tomato puree and concentrates, concentrates of clear fruit juices, dices, tomato pulp and tropical fruit, soups and low acid products.
